I attended a concert there the casino was a bit too smoky for me. My room was very nice. I had one issue. The mattress was very uncomfortable. Did not have a pleasant night sleep.

the check-in clerk was rude and biased. They had you wait till 4PM even the rooms are ready at 2PM. The check in clerk told me that I cannot add a roller bed, however the room service send one to my room later upon request. The property is poorly managed and staff poorly trained. Will not go back again!
