The room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable. The afternoon staff was friendly and informative! The only problem was that the tub would not fill all of the way and by the time we noticed we had to start getting ready for a wedding anyways! Next time I will notify staff but I’m sure they would’ve handled it kindly. The food was also amazing here!

Very nice hotel, top notch rooms…but the noise with in the room is terrible. You can hear the entire casino and couldn’t sleep!…we were on the 10th floor I couldn’t believe it. Need better sound proofing and this place would be 5 stars. Great restaurants and atmosphere! Never any lines and can always sit anywhere.

My room was flooded with water from the next room. I was forced to check out. At that point I just wanted to go home even though I was offered another room. I only stayed one night and went home. I wanted a refund for the one night and I was told no. The trip was ruined after that. An Expedia C.S. rep said it was taking care of. Pala said they could not help. It was my wife's birthday and it was ruined because of the run-around excuses I both parties gave me. These policies are there to easily take the money, but to ask for one night's credit is nearly impossible with the back and forth. I learned alot about Expedia and how stupid I was to think that Expedia cares about the customer. Thank-you K. Behnke
