This hotel shuts down many services during the week. The pool was closed, higher rooms were not available. We tried several times to get a manager to help and were told the housekeeping manager was not working. Everything was back to normal for the weekend crowd. Very disappointing, we will not be back.

Everything was good. However, the second night we stayed, our keys weren’t working and we had to go back down to the receptionist to get our keys reactivated. The receptionist said that the keys were only programmed for one night. The receptionist was polite and fixed it for us.

Very easy parking, comfortable beds, and safe with security around. Front desk staff was not friendly, the pool closes at 7PM on a Saturday and closing all around soon for fall. The food was horrible. It was a place to stay, but probably the last time. It was not like how it used to be.

We had a great experience and the staff was excellent . The room was very comfortable and spotless . The mountain views are one of the main reasons we love Pala . We ate at Bar meets Grill and The Pala Cafe and they were awesome .
