Sorry I Didn't Have More Time

Had a great cottage feel and atmosphere. The Italian restaurant on the same property was very good. I arrived in the evening and discovered the latch to the patio door to my room was broken. The manager came immediately and provided a stick to place in the door slide: problem solved and appreciated. Issues not addressed because I only had time for dinner and six hours of sleep were missing lightbulbs and a bathroom sink that was totally plugged up. Housekeeping should observe and address these issues. Oh well. I would like to stay here again. It was quaint.

Not the best but not the worst

Well the run is a nice size however the coffee pot was half full and still had old coffee grounds. A car for a flat tire and parked in our spot on front of the room and they proceeded to argue in the middle of the night and knock on our door at 3am. Needless to say we didn't get a great night sleep. The guy at the front desk was somewhat accommodating but seemed put out helping us.

The hotel is nice. It's location is an issue. There is a vagrant walking path located beside and behind it. Noisy all night. Characters walking past your car all night. Not the best area.

The bed was way too squeaky it sounded like it was falling apart. We didn’t have a tub and were put into a handicap room for whatever reason. Loud ac/heater. Overpriced in my opinion. Has a motel feel/value.

Bait and switch. Don’t stay here.

When I arrived to check in, they said they didn’t have the room I had reserved so they were switching me to a different hotel with a similar room. It was late at night so I felt I had to take it assuming it would be “a similar room “. I go down the street to a totally grungy motel. I called and said the lights didn’t work and the chair was broken and I was not happy with the place. it’s not worth what I paid for the original reservation (should be half). They said they would call me back but instead sent someone to fix the light. It was late, so I stayed there, tried to get a partial refund for the night and they refused. Total bait and switch. I am very unhappy with the outcome. Don’t stay here.
