The Hot tub had several insects floating in the water so we chose to not use it. The property is aged and well used, very quaint. I’ll use the property again as it is not overpriced DURING the week. And it is convenient to where I need to work.

Outside property was clean. Inside the room was not good there was a huge burn hole on the comforter, no fitted sheet on the bed, box spring was very loud every time you moved, paint was terrible and the shower walls and tub were dirty enough for me to shower with my slides on and the shelf in the shower had mold. We only needed it for a night so I was ok but I didn’t trust that anything was properly cleaned or maintained. The office smelled like cigarette smoke and the office person came knocking at my door at 10am to ask if I wanted another night, I don’t like being disturbed when I reserved a room if I wanted another night I would have asked for one in a reasonable amount of time not one hour before checkout.

The property was a dump, minimal towels, place was so dated and desperate of a remodel. So bad we changed our clothes and left the property…… waste of money, that’s how bad it was.

There’s a big reason it’s cheap, whatever you do, spend the extra money and get a better hotel. We only stayed one night out of 4 before we left, baby woke up with bug bites all over his leg. I don’t think the place has had any money invested into it in 30 years. Beer bottles thrown everywhere in the planters right outside our door. I could go on for days, it was horrible. We left after the 1st night 10 minutes after 11, they refused to do a refund on 3 days. Then the lady that claimed to be a manager threatened my wife with “ you can call expedien and deal with them”, which is exactly what we did before even leaving the parking lot. The one guy at the front desk was a little more helpful and seemed to care a little bit more than the lady in the back. Just spend the extra 20 bucks a night, you’ll thank me later.

The room had a couch, which was nice. The staff was super helpful, and the cleaning services respects your privacy, meaning you can confidently leave your items out in your room worry free, but you'll need to ask for additional towels if you need them. The mini fridge worked extremely well and the other residents aren't noisy. The only thing I wish worked better was the AC. It must have just been the room I was in because the one in my friend's room was working correctly. There is a dive bar right across the street and it's fairly busy on Saturday, so if you want to go out for a few drinks and don't want to drive, this spot is really convenient.

Primarily it was a clean room for the money. Roomy with a bed that is a challenge for short people (almost 3 ft high)! Has the basic amenities but electrical outlet in bathroom was not working. Good cooling/heat unit.Could use paint touchup to make it look less scruffy around bathtub/shower. Swimming pool outside if desired.

The beds are very old box spring beds and pop every time you move. Fridge doesn't cool enough, The cable went out. Only 2 small towels provided. We stayed 4 days and no one cleaned our room once. It was quiet and clean. The grounds and pool seemed ok. We didn't use them though.

Property was cleaner and nicer than expected, particularly the rooms with a pool/courtyard view. Room was very outdated but fine. Wish the pool was heated but it & the hot tub were clean and well maintained. The staff was very kind & helpful. Location is convenient (off the main road) but that also meant a decent amount of street noise.

This is not a five star hotel. There are definately cosmetic things that could be repaired, but it seems like they are working on those. All in all it was a good stay. They were flexible with us at a time that we were in town for a stressful situaton and needed a safe place to sleep, and we very much appreciated that. We would stay here again.

Cute, little single story hotel with a friendly staff. The water pressure in the shower was pretty much non-existent and then we couldn't get the faucet to stop dripping. Other than the shower it was a good experience.

They are still so nice here. The most kind people, and the rooms are spacious. I just don’t understand the price of stays going up significantly (other than last weekend, bc of the holiday and high demand). Because they are such wonderful people, I always only mention the positive and leave out the negatives. Also was just a little disappointed that the last time I used the spa here, the jets were really weak and didn’t even make bubbles but maybe it will be back to working the way it used to soon.
