Service OK previously great. Convenient location

The rooms were clean, but no housekeeping service over the two days. Check in was slow. First evening, we asked to borrow a wine opener and were told they didn't have one. As the front person looked thru drawers, we saw one in their drawer. When we pointed it out, they did let us borrow it. A customer in front of us asked for toothbrushes which the front desk also said they "were out" (but we did see them in a drawer after that customer had left). The "hot" breakfast buffet starts at 7:30 AM. However, the hot items were pretty cold the first morning. We had to leave earlier the second morning. So, not sure if it was better the second morning. Prior stays there the hot food was hot. They did have coffee (we had to ask for the coffee cup lids which we were initially told they "were out", but found some a few minutes later) and cold muffins etc. available earlier than 7:30 AM. Prior stays the service was great. So, maybe just an off weekend this weekend?

Great everything, horrible breakfast

Everything was great. We used the pool, the fire pit and the grill, which was all great. Breakfast was not so great. Breakfast starts at 7:30, we got there at 7:40 and breakfast wasn’t ready yet until closer to 8. Food just came out but all was cold. Soda machine and juice was not working, tasted like nasty sink water. Waffle machine did not work well, only thing worth eating was the omelette and yogurt even though the omelette was cold. Hopefully they can fix this for the next guests

This hotel is so nice! Our room was so clean, roomy and comfortable, we enjoyed it. Perfect spot to stay if your attending a concert in Temecula and don't want to drive. Their buffet breakfast was yummy too. Definitely would stay there again!

Don’t stay here! Despite having the “Do Not Disturb” sign displayed on our door, someone entered our room without authorization and stole a credit card directly from my wallet. Several fraudulent charges were made shortly after, forcing us to close the card and file reports with our bank. When we brought this to the attention of the staff, they showed no urgency in investigating the matter. Instead of addressing a serious breach of guest security, they brushed it aside. We specifically requested written confirmation via email that no one would enter our room for the remainder of our stay. Although they assured us it would be sent and an investigation conducted, no email ever arrived and we received zero follow up about the breach. This was not only a violation of trust but also a complete failure in basic guest safety and customer service. I would strongly advise against staying here if you value security, accountability, and professionalism!
