Great place to stayover preparing for the hot air balloon ride. Nice environment and surrounding. Requested extra bottled water from reception and was given to us. Thanks. Lady manning the restaurant opposite the reception seems not to know much about its operation. I asked for evening dinner - thanksgiving menu and she mentioned her supervisor will call. No one called. Then later, I found out the restaurant is not operating that night and the thanksgiving dinner is for tomorrow's evening only. Would have been better if I was informed earlier instead of waiting and finding out it is closed. I had to make last minute arrangements with the reception.

Ponte is great. Been a few times. In the heart of Temecula Wine Country. Rooms are large and hotel is premium. Loved the Cellar, their underground evening food and drink spot with entertainment. Ate/drank their each night after wine tasting.

Room with great view, the only thing that was not pleasant is that we were a group of 11, for my birthday celebration, we made several calls and arrangements could not be made for one table to fit us all. Very disappointing. As it turns out when we walked in to restaurant we given an area that did seat us all !
