Disappointing. For a Vacation Club, this was unimpressive. Room was freezing and temp not easy to change - they had to send up an engineer - who was able to adjust it. TV impossible to figure out. Parking around our unit was difficult, especially when 3 spaces were taken by the hotel staff's golf carts. The room needs updating. The facilities definitely cater to an older clientele. They charge resort fees and then nicely ask you to help them clean up before you go (take the trash out, strip linens, etc.) Front desk and concierge were friendly. Highly recommend the on-site spa, Bello Vita.

Always a great place to stay, needing multiple car passes to go to the living area can be annoying but the rooms are always great.

Very clean. Roomy ! Kitchen had everything you might need to cook a meal. Washer and dryer was a plus!!

Nice property and beautiful views. Only downside is almost all of the resort activities cost extra money even though you are already paying a resort fee.

Decent family spot

Overall the stay was fine. Our unit was not as clean as I would have hoped and we ordered ice and a pack and play two times before they brought it. Then they left the ice and pack and play outside so the ice melted on the pack and play before we knew it has arrived. They also came to pick up the pack and play while we were still in the unit. Well before check out. I will say my 2 young boys had a wonderful time at the pool and playground!

Didn’t like how when I checked in my room I had bug all in my room and it was dirty I had to wait 4 hours to have someone come and clean my room as they didn’t have any other suites with jetted tubs I was absolutely unsatisfied with my experience and they could not even accommodate me for the discrepancy on there part I probably won’t be back
