This was second time we’ve stayed at this property due to good price and central location. The rooms are clean, although nothing too fancy. The parking lot does fill up fairly quickly. The bed was comfortable, but the pullout couch was not. Everything is very clean, which was appreciated. Staff were excellent and resolved a couple of issues we had quickly. We did not have time to try the food offerings here. Nor did we have time to use the small pool or workout room, although they both looked clean as well. There are a few strip malls minutes away with a few coffee/food shops. We drove to these as it seemed a bit too far to walk. West Edmonton mall is short drive away also.

Property was clean and well maintained. Staff was extremely professional and provided unconditional assistance. Restaurant staff was very friendly and punctual. Hotel pricing was a bit steep but this was driven due to supply and demand which is understandable.

Came later for check in at the property and room wasn’t ready, then were told we would be upgraded, then were told we wouldn’t the upgraded. Room was okay, nothing special and since it seemed rush to be cleaned you could tell in some areas. Parking was so full we almost didn’t get a spot. Overall meh. The downtown one is way better.
