The staff was delightful and the breakfast was great. The grounds were lovely and the house was quaint. There wasnt hot water to shower twice and the house was kept very cold. The room was clean but hallways and stairs were quite dirty and needing maintenance.

David was an excellent host. The house was very large and quiet. There was a kettle and tea and biscuits set up in our room each day. David cooked us a full breakfast and there was also fruit and cereal available. The bus stop is only a block or two away and David gave us instructions on which bus to take. This was a great place to stay!

David was a wonderful host, the room was large and comfortable, the breakast was tasty and filling. The beautiful, old house is about 4miles outside the city centre, but there is a bus stop a minutes walk from the property, which takes you right into Princes street. An uber was about £15. It was absolutely perfect for our needs.
