Stayed at Roomz Edinburgh and really enjoyed it. The room was a great size and having a small kitchen was a nice bonus if you need it. The location is excellent—right on top of the St James Centre, so shops, bars, and everything you need are just a short walk away. It’s also really close to the station, which made getting around super easy. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel is a perfect place to stay when you want to be in walking distance of the royal mile and Princes Street. There is also an indoor/outdoor mall attached to the hotel, including nice shops, dining, and an Everyman cinema. My only complaint was the parking. It looked as if it was included in the price of the hotel, but it was actually 48 pounds for a couple of nights.

Hotel is on 5th floor of a fairly new shopping mall with endless shops and restaurants. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and new and had a kitchen. The location couldn’t have been better. It was pretty much across from Waverley train station. Highly recommend this hotel.
