The stay was great. Restaurant and bar staff great as usual. Check in was almost 2 hours late and I called the front desk 2 times during our stay for questions and no one answered.

It was a wonderful 2nd time stay in Suncadia starting from quick checkin to all the services, facilities and beautiful location. The stay is specifically excellent because of pet allowed and providing dinning facility where we can have our dog with us. It’s a beautiful resort to make wonderful memories. Looking forward to revisit 💜

Area was beautiful. Our mattress, comforter and pillows were all lumpy and uncomfortable. Food and drinks were insanely high. One white russian $22 before the tip. Price gauging ruins any trip yet people must pay it. Check-in at 4 pm is really late. We travel often and it’s never been so late. Overall it was disappointing.
