I had no problem with the staff/service. However, the area around the hotel is terrible. Not safe at all to walk around. The parking lots are tiny making it very hard to get around. I had an issue with my door handle which was never fixed in my four days at the property. And when I booked my room at the hotel, I wasn't told that there was construction going on which limited the use of the elevators and caused a water shut down during the days I was there.
