Overall the property was good and the staff were very kind. However there was a really bad smell in the hotel room and the elevator. The pool was also dirty and the hot tub did not work.

The property was clean. Staff was very friendly. The bed was too soft for me, I have a bad back, but overall, the room was very nice. The only drawback was that the motel was not the easiest to get to as it is basically located in an industrial park. From the highway once you got off the ramp (travelling north on Rt. 81) it was an easy right turn to get to the hotel; however from the opposite direction, you had to go thru the industrial park. Once we figured it out, it wasn't a big problem.

This was our 3rd time at this hotel their's alway places/areas for improvements. Housekeepers need to check that all electronics in the room work accordingly and the refrigerator is on the correct temperature. a nice hotel and decent breakfast .hope that at some point they could extend the breakfast to 11am and make check outs at noon instead. Hotel recommendations. Mostly a nice hotel.

The front desk was so helpful when it was needed. Housekeeping was beyond amazing. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area. My kids loved it. Love swimming all day long!
