Avoid! The location is great. The hotel is described as 3 stars, but it is a 1.5 stars or less. The elevator doesn’t work, the hotel furniture and facilities are very tired. There were old furniture stacked by the breakfast area, old furniture discarded on the side yard of the hotel. The toilet in neither of the two rooms worked properly. We were provided with a plunger. It is out of my understanding how a place with such a good location has been left to come this bad and ugly.

The property is nothing like the pictures, i was only notify of the elevator not working, not about the bad conditions of the place. Bathrroms in pool area ,one of the.stools didnt have a door. Surrondings were not that clean. The room had plenty of bad things. I notify them of the sliding door and the.phone..maintanace fix door per what.he said..phone was never fixed...not what it stated on the expedia page and pic are all .nothi ng like what it really looks ..not my cup of tea check door but fix

It reminded me of a 1980's motel. Not worth the $500 for 2 nights. No ice in the ice machine, and the elevators were down. Also the pool closes early. But it was a great location.

Property has amazing location however the condition is not good. Pool bar is not working. Ceiling leaks everywhere from the lobby to the room bathrooms. The hotel store is also not working . Ice machines works sometimes.

The toilet kept running unless we jiggled the flush. The tv where the bed was, was very small. We had to unplug it because it kept turning on by itself. The sofa was dirty. The kitchenette didn't have a light. It didn't look at all like the photos. Also the beach was very murky. Nothing clear about it. I don't see myself visiting Clearwater Beach again.

The AC didn't quite keep up with the temperature... And we didn't exactly get the room we thought we were supposed to get, but we did check in a day early, so I can't complain. We lived it and Will definitely be back again soon.

Much, much better options are available

Let's start with the good. Location was located right across from the beach. The internet was reliable. Hotel was within walking distance of many of the shops and restaurants. It looks like at least the pool area has been recently updated. Now the bad. While I know the area was hit hard with a hurricane, but more than enough of time has passed to not have the elevators working after 10 months. I believe the real estate the hotel is sitting on is more valuable than the hotel and they are just waiting on the right offer and is purposely not making repairs. There is a bar right across the street that played music into the wee hours... something I would be arrested for if I did it. The breakfast, once they run out, will never be restocked. (I watched a homeless person walk in the breakfast area and pretty much take half of the breakfast items so security is lacking.) Either it's a management or an owner issue, but so much stuff is just broke...ice machine, washing machine, you got a transformer being held together with metal straps that is close to collapsing on itself. Vents falling off of air conditions. Landscaping upkeep is marginal.(See photos) For about just $25.00 more a night, I could've stayed at a more reputable and comparable location, but lesson learned at trying to save a few bucks. Truly, I believe the hotel is going to be razed soon. There is a retail shop on the 1st floor that enhances the dilapidated look of the hotel. Would love a few bucks back from the hotel.
Breakfast that is never restocked and is often scavenged by homeless people which should let you know some sketchy characters hang around. He filled up his bookbag with about half of the breakfast items right after this photo was taken.
Broken ice machine. Bags of ice are available at the front desk, but is a pain to go through. Front desk is often unmanned saying they will be back in 15 minutes.
Broken washing machine.
Roundup would work wonders here.

Was a very poor experience. For example, No one entered the room to clean during stay No sheets changed in 4 days Asked for ice few times all ice machines out Asked for towels 3 times before I could get clean towels Elevator out for all 4 days when they said it would be working the same day we arrived . The location of hotel is perfect, but the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel was very low level. Will never stay here again.
