The staff and location were great but our room had a ceiling leak that we reported and was never fixed. It looked like the leak had been going on for a while as carpet was really wet and mold was a concern. Because it was a holiday weekend, the hotel was booked so no other rooms were available.

The staff was absolutely amazing. They were so kind and friendly every time we walked through the door or through the lobby. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and it was very convenient. Something to note is they do have a bar/club attached to the property so it is loud until about 2 AM. We were on the bottom floor facing the street.

It's December. The room temperature thermometer has a 25 degree maximum, except it is centrally overridden. So 25deg in room is actually capped at around 21.5 degrees. If the outside temperature drops to freezing the room would drop belwo 20degrees maxdegrees. It is 21 degrees maximum, so the room is cold.
