The hotel presents quite well, we arrived 30 mins before check-in but the staff would not even check if our room was ready, then we had to queue to check in at 3pm. No fridge, no safe, clean but dusty room, dirty chipped glasses, phone didn’t work, cleaners walked into our room twice without knocking, access cards stopped working after first night and had to queue to get new cards, felt like a youth hostel
