The check in process on this site with these kind of apartments without reception are always lacking. I had to contact them to receive the email about the deposit payment. This is typical and not just for this particular place. The apartment was large and new. Big plus for not hearing any neighbours. Posh part of town about 15 minutes from the main shopping street and 20 minute walk from the main bar area. There was some cutlery that I didn’t use due to it not being properly clean but apart from that I can't really fault this place.

You must pay 100 euro deposit by clicking on a 15 line suspicious looking hyper link to get door code. ( even tho Hotels is "all in" pricing). This was NOT made clear! Room did not look as advertised in terms of cleanliness and general quality. The floor was very dirty, hairs left in the shower and urine stains all around the rim of the toilet. Other than that, the location and utilities provided were good.
