When i checked in i was told front desk will have to let to in and out your room every time you leave due to key system being down (very inconvenient and annoying) then i paid extra to have breakfast included. The refrigerator or something was down so they didn't have any breakfast protein. They offered anything off the lunch menu as a substitute (who want lunch at 9 am) i did appreciate the offer. Other than that The staff was great.

It was and okay stay

Staff was friendly, and willing to help. Room was okay. It had a musty smell when we first arrived, we turnes on the air conditioner and it worked to rid the room if the smell. They need to order new face towels they were old and dingy. Breakfast was really good. The fruit bowl was plentiful. The classic plate was well cooked. And the staff was friendly.

Terrible experience - save your $$

Terrible experience- not many breakfast options-3 to be exact.. the first room they had me in the sofa was disgusting stained . Waited 45 min for front desk to come take pics - moved us to another room- same thing- Tv in living area didn’t work- they lied every time we ask - said - I will send someone, he’s coming, oh we had to order part! Never was fixed! Electric shades BROKE- both bedroom , living area- in my son’s room also!! Ughh then my son’s room safe didn’t work & they lied to him saying they’d send someone- never did-No daily room service- you have to ask for towels- 400$ a night for that place is ridiculous! And when I ask to be compensated & was told they had to talk to manager- then said - well you booked w/ Expedia so you have to contact them.. I was FURIOUS!then amt owed was more than what I was quoted! NEVER again - now they were polite while lying through their teeth saying - I’m sorry we will send someone ,NOT !! Save your money & the trouble of dealing with this place! I’m so mad & ask for general manager - oh she will have to call you tomorrow- so we shall see! Servers in dining area- terrible- forgot part of our order every morning 4 days Stay elsewhere ! Over $1600.00 Now I will say air works real good one of desk clerks was very helpful,others not so much! I’m not happy at all & not sure about booking through 3rd party again since they claim hotel can’t help you- ITS YOUR HOTEL not Expedias! Awful awful 4 night stay We travel a lot & never had this.

Property and furnishings are old and worn. Sofa very worn, cushions discolored, etc. Bed and linens were decent. Bathroom clean but there was no bar of soap for hand washing, only two bath towels for a room that sleeps four….these things were remedied with trip to front desk, but clearly no attention to detail from the staff. Room safe was inoperable and remained so for duration of our stay despite numerous requests to have it repaired. TV in room did not work. I would not stay here again.

Beyond Disappointed

Made a reservation here through Hotels.com. Got there to check in and they said that the 3rd party had cancelled our reservation. Contacted Hotels.com, and they denied that. We were left without a room, which we had documentation from Four Points stating that we had a reservation, including a reservation number, and I had already checked in using the Marriott app. I have been a member of Marriott for a long time, and I will be rethinking this, as they have not taken any responsibility in helping fix this situation.

The room was ok. Spacious but musty and seeing hair on the shower walls is never pleasant. Biggest problem was the coffee maker in the room. They do not have the right pods for the machine, so we were forced to go down every morning and get it from the lobby. When we asked the front desk the response was blunt, “That’s all we have.” Also, 2 elevators but only one of them works. ps. it is NOT walkable to anything. Should have researched more.
