Overall, our trip was great. There was a lot of traffic noise since our room faced the street. The bed dipped in the middle and should be replaced. The bathroom was outdated and did not have a fan. This hotel is close to lots of Omaha activities, we would probably stay here again.

Parking was a little confusing as the entry to the garage had a sign that it was full so I parked and paid for a spot on the street a few blocks away. When I checked in and mentioned the parking the lady told me the sign was to keep concert goers away from parking in their garage. She took my parking for that night off my bill. Nice!
