Front desk staff was as good as it gets. Room was nice with large refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, dishes, glasses, silverware and other cookware. Clean and spacious room. Nice walk in shower with very hot water. Location was perfect for the concert in the park. Breakfast was delicious.

We really liked our stay at Element. Comfortable bed, spacious room. Good value. Good range of breakfast foods. Pre-dinner reception was a pleasant and unexpected plus. We would happily stay here again.

Very clean, plenty of seating areas to sit and visit in lobby area, close to places to eat, close to downtown area, walking distance to Jazz on the Green concert on Thursday. The room was very comfortable, loved the kitchenette. The cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful with our needs for room and bathroom supplies as needed like extra towels.

The breakfast was an Amazing spread. Well done. Great location, could walk to dinner. Everything else was average or didnt work well. The ATM was broke, the aTV only worked if you put your own account info in, the parking garage was confusing on how NOT to pay hourly if you are coming and going all day and was down the next day,we stayed 2 nights and 1 bed of 2 was made but no refills of the coffee in the room. The room was clean but old.

Every thing was perfect. The only slightly negative was when we were checking in we asked where The Empire Room was and the front office person said he had never heard of it. When we decided to go check out the surrounding area it was right next door.
