I had the worst experience. Among arrival checked into my room dirty towels, used soap in bathroom. The rooms were very old had a smell. The rooms price were very high a night not to even have a refrigerator in the room. For this hotel to be downtown area I was very disappointed. They charged my room double on parking and charged me for water I didn't touch. I'll never go back there again!!!

It was a good stay... parking is ok not greatest but ok. Pool need more tidying during day then it got ...not enough towels in area. Asked for towels from maid never recieved had to call clear to front desk twice once each night and wait dor them. Bht room good , bes comfortable, not to comfy pillows but very spacious bathroom. And 4.00 for bottle water is crazy. ( not customer friendly price)

Busy day in Omaha. Restaurant bartender was excellent and quick! Front desk staff was very helpful and kind. Would book here again. Trash cans in the room were very small and there were no trash bags.

The hotel is conveniently located, within walking distance of the Gene Leahy Park and the old downtown area. But they also provide shuttle service, which is awesome. We spent a lot of time waiting for the elevators, and I'd like to see a better selection on the restaurant menu, but overall, it was a good experience. The indoor pool was nice, but I love a hot tub, and that was missing.

It was a good experience for the most part. Loved the size of the room with having kids. Didn't like having to pay for parking each day or that you don't get complimentary breakfast. Definitely not worth what they charged per person either. On the other hand they do have a Starbucks in the lobby would have been even cooler if the barista stayed in eyes view of the register to serve. Ended up having to get coffee after we checked out and left. All the front desk ladies were super nice and helpful though! If you're a first time visitor like we were note that's the hotel is DOWNTOWN and basically all the roads are one ways. Our GPS actually took us to floor one but the lobby is floor two which threw us for a loop.

I really appreciated their friendliness and helpfulness during my stay. However, I would advise caution if you plan on walking around the surrounding area at night, as it felt a bit unsafe. Despite that, I still enjoyed my stay and would consider returning.

They had plumbing issues. The two rooms I booked had steaming, scalding water in the TOILET and SHOWER didn't work. Hot and cold were switched, so I requested to be moved. They moved us exactly 10 floors up into the same rooms as on the 4th floor. IT HAD THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM. We were attending two doctoral graduations at Creighton, I went home with Covid to top it all off. Horrible. I am a HIlton Honors member as well. $1200 for those two rooms and they were unsafe. I was so upset, I had to wait and deal with it when I got home. I deserve an entire comp for that wretched experience and Hilton Honors will be working with me.

Not a fan.

Visiting during the College World Series so I understand things are a bit strained from a staffing perspective. That said, our first room (we requested a new one) had a very used soap bar in the shower, leaking toilet tank thru the flush handle, & mold on the shower curtain. Food situation was busted....I'll keep it at that. The shuttle service and drivers were the loan bright spot. Actually, the staff behind the desk did thier best fielding what I could see/hear as an endless list of complaints....their was a clip board pages deep.

Even though I payed through Expedia the front desk lady ran my card for the full amount. I’m still waiting for the pending charge to drop off of my card. I also felt like the staff was ok. They never seemed happy to help. More just obligated. No experience felt warm.
