the window did lose all the way, one of the pillow case have a obviously cigarette burn , smell terrible and the service person did give me the information right write or told me the room number.

Stained sheets,pillows,blankets the towels were dirty and had yellow stuff on it, lampshades were stained with brown spots, tv hardly worked , hotel stinks of weed and cigarettes and the deadbolts didn’t even lock and the top lock slides off so your basically forced to sleep with an open door

The AC and heater did work. But I was afraid to look at the filter. They were roaches under anything I have set down like a computer bag when I lifted it there were seven big roaches in the middle of the night. They walked around on your clean towels supposedly clean. The hallways smell like pot marijuana. There was no hanger or no iron no amenities. Looks like it was set up for continental breakfast. But never had it. No room service for 3 days. No one left on my door

Cigarette burns on the counters and bathtub. No blanket. Just a thick sheet. Slow check-in (i.e., Manager didn't care.) People running around in Halloween scaring other people. Juice and coffee machines out of order.

As a cheap hotel I guess you get what you asked for. * Started off by having to wait about 5 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk to check me in. * When they took my card I was informed that there was a $50 room deposit required ($100 for more than 2 days) - I opted to provide cash since it would take about 14 days to get it refunded to my card. * The room looked nice enough. Large bed, fridge, microwave, tv. * It was a non-smoking room but there were burn marks on the tub and a very slight smell of smoke by the bed. Neither was severe enough to complain about so I let it slide. * The bed had decent sheets and was reasonably comfortable. * Just before going to bed I noticed the smoke detector was ripped off the wall, literally. I didn't feel like changing rooms so I just hoped there wouldn't be an emergency. * In the morning I went to the breakfast area for a snack before leaving, but it was empty. I checked with the front desk and they said they no longer serverd breakfast, even though the websites said they did. * If you have low expectations you won't be disappointed.
