I was disappointed with the breakfast and manager reception. It’s been a bit since my last ES stay and the pancakes were hard, the juice was watered down and the ‘cream cheese’ jalapeño popper omelette had a ‘cream’ sauce and tasted over cooked. The manager receptions food was poor. Still had two drinks comped so saving grace. Rooms were clean and staff were always kind and helpful They didn’t mention parking charge until I checked out telling me it was on the website. Tell me at check in please

Not the best stay, but not the worst at all.

The room was overall not that clean. One of the fire sprinklers was leaking, which I reported and it was never fixed, so there was water on the floor near the microwave for part of our trip. The second night there was INSANE kids making noise which I called the front desk to complain only to be told there is no security until 11pm. SIGNS ON THE WALLS SAY QUIET AT 10pm? That's dumb. We are talking at least 10 kids SCREAMING running in the halls and JUMPING in the stairwell, which was right next to our room at 10:15. not acceptable at 2pm and for sure not at 10pm!!! ALSO, side note: While I love the breakfast, not having free lobby coffee after 10am, was just a little on the low side. 95% of hotels I travel to, and I stay at a lot, have coffee until at least 12noon. That is a SMALL issue and just noteable.
