My stay for the room was great. The rooms were very clean and organized. The only issue that I had with my visit is that the pool area is very cold. All of the children in there had chill bumps and were shivering. The water is cold as expected but the room within itself was very cold.

I Recently Booked A Stay Here At This Hotel 03/09/2025 My Sister and, I had an event to attend that evening when we arrived back at the hotel around 11:30pm 45mins later the entire hotel was without power. We Were completely confused our cell phones were dead, we couldn’t shower after having a long night out. So We proceeded to take the stairs down to the main lobby where it was pitch dark. There was a guy sitting at a table with flash light who barely spoke English. So now my sister and I feel unsafe. He Wasnt even a worker he’s telling us to read some paper they had sitting on the counter not even fully understanding still what is going on he told us the entire hotel would be without power until at 4am due to them fixing some sort issues they were having. The Alarms were going off non stop in the lobby. We felt very unsafe in that moment. Why did MIKAL At the front counter not make us aware of this power outage happening so that we would’ve had the option to decide rather or not we wanted to continue to stay there or not. We were not aware of what was taking place whatsoever. my sister and I went back to our room got our belongings and traveled back home which is 3 hours away at 1:30 in the morning I will never stay at the Hyatt ever again I felt Unsafe, I was very uneasy and if your going to have things like this happen make sure that people are aware of it FIRST when I’m vacationing this is the LAST Thing I should feel is UNSAFE!!!!!! Signage Means nothing!

The pool was around 50 degrees and the manager told us sorry we have been trying to get that fixed but we only have one person working that can do that. Sounds like it maybe an on going issue.

I booked a room with two full beds with a pull out sofa bed. We have 5 kids. Upon check in, we were put in a room with one king bed. The gentleman I spoke to fixed the issue with no problem. We booked this stay for our kids to swim for a stay-cation.. the pool was FREEZING. I had to layer towels on my back to stand to watch my kids swim for 4 minutes. We will not be returning.
