We would not stay here again. Hotel is in need of an upgrade. Used sheets on the pullout bed that we had to change. Caledl the hotel twice before arriving about early check-in and never received a response or a call back as promised. Breakfast options were mediocre at best.

We stayed one night, two adults. Went to check in around 5:45, didn’t get to our room until 6:45. Beunca at the front desk was very kind to us, and clearly stated that our room wasn’t ready and she didn’t know how long it be until it was ready. For the price I paid, I was not expecting to have an hour long wait after check in. Was not at all pleased with that.

I'm writing to express my disappointment and frustration with our recent stay at your hotel. Upon arrival, we encountered a messy room with trash on the floor and a dirty bathtub. Although Rofus at the front desk was helpful and apologetic, the issue was not resolved to our satisfaction. Throughout our stay, we experienced several issues, including: - Difficulty getting extra blankets and adjusting the room temperature - Harassment about pool bracelets for the kids - Unfair pool rules for our teenagers - Early closure of breakfast due to food shortages - Issues with my child being able to purchase movies with out my knowledge or permission. - Rude treatment by some front desk staff, including being hung up on and referred to as "these people" However, Rofus stood out as a exception, showing empathy and a willingness to help. We appreciate his efforts and hope that his approach can be emulated by the rest of the staff. Overall, our experience fell short of our expectations. We hope that you will take our feedback seriously and take necessary steps to improve your service and facilities. Im very upset, and do not find any of this acceptable.

Mikal was very helpful and friendly. Nice place but no microwave in room as pictured. Only thing I encountered was no conditioner in shower, both had shampoo in them.

The hotel was nice but at 10 PM. I had 10 people running up down my hallway that had a call the front desk. Also they didn’t have blankets or pillows but a pullout couch make that make sense.

Quick visit

My kids and us took a quick to visit Nana in Detroit. We needed and overnight stay in the area and this was the best option. Lot of eating options around as well as a cinema. It is next to a high way and the popular 7mile Rd. Staff and breakfast were good.
