4 / 5
We enjoyed our stay at the Westin. The amenities and property were beautiful. The food was a little overpriced, but we still enjoyed it, and the views were amazing.
I took off one star due to a concierge, Justine Belaveke, who was rude when I asked where the restroom was for myself—I'm seven months pregnant—and for my three-year-old toddler. She held up her finger dismissively, was disrespectful, and attempted to argue, which I did not engage in.
I didn't let this one experience ruin our overall stay, but the Westin should be mindful of who they hire to work directly with guests.
