Food selections at restaurants wasn't great. Our room had a musty smell when the air conditioning came on. Hotel itself was very nice. Airport transfer using taxi service could have been mentioned ahead of time. Shared transfer which was basically the same was twice as much.

We did not get adequate housekeeping service--one day, the staff did not come until 5 pm, and another day we ran out of toilet paper and had to request it from the front desk. We also did not receive replacement coffee pods and when we requested it from the housekeeper, she told us she didn't have any more. Apart from that the resort is beautiful and staff was very friendly.

The hotel is beautiful. The room was amazing. The views are absolutely breathtaking. Only thing I would add would be more choices for food options. We left the hotel quite a bit for meals since their menu and restaurants didn’t have enough variety and quality for my family of 4.

Our room was not ready for our arrival, we waited over an hour in the lobby. When we got to the room it was not clean, floors very dirty, had sink issues, linens were all wrinkled, very disappointing after traveling all day to our trip to paradise. Next day we were moved, had to pack up, leave our suitcases with the staff for several hours while another room was cleaned so basically spent two of our vacation days checking in. Next room was beautiful and clean, except air conditioning thermostat did not work, we froze the first night and had to just turn it off the other nights. The tub drain was clogged and water 6-8” deep while showering. We weren’t moving again so we made the best of it. We were given a $75 credit for checking in late and another $150 for having to move rooms but that really didn’t make up for the inconvenience of not being able to enjoy my Birthday vacation upon arrival taking into consideration the amount we had paid. Property and view was beautiful and staff was friendly and accommodating. I guess I set my expectations too high from the website photos and expected better accommodations.
