Old hotel but clean. Breakfast & restaurant have limited hours, so check before going. Awesome view of the water. Great location by shops, restaurants & more.

Not Again!!

Run down facility, repairs look low budget or done by unexperienced workers, checking staff just gave us the keys and didn’t say a word. Beds uncomfortable……… Room a/c was not working At All! NOT AGAIN!!!

Disappointed that two of the features advertised that led us to book were not actually available. No airport shuttle or breakfast. Being across the street from the ferry was super convenient and made it worth the stay but I wouldn't choose this location for more than a night layover

Stayed one night, the next morning stepped out of rom6 to walk around and the door card didn't not work, tried 3 times an employee also tried her access card. Had to wait on maintenance to be let back in room. He stated the battery went dead. Shower Head is disgusting, it was very,very rusted.

I liked the location to shopping and dinning. I didn't like is staff not giving out information about shuttle to the beaches and airports. They didn't inform us about any of that at check-in. An also the restaurant hours aren't available during the week alot. An also they dont tell you about breakfast. But overall it was a great stay.

The worst hotel experience I've ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted at the door, saying we couldn't get in because the owner didn't want anyone else to stay. They told us the hotel had a problem, but they didn't explain what the problem was, and there were other guests staying. The treatment was terrible.

Convenient if you need a quick one night stay. Some staff are not the friendliest. Water pressure for hot water was a trickle. Had to use a plastic cup to get wet to soap up and rinse. Hair dryers must be in one room out of the entire hotel (maybe a communal?), as we booked two rooms and neither had one, despite being advertised to be an amenity. When trying to call the front desk to make any inquiries, no one answers. If you stay here, the bed is comfortable, and clean, and they have a good AC; but don’t expect much more. It looks like it was really nice in its hey day - now, it could use a make-over.
