The rooms were not as advertised, we had to switch rooms twice air conditioners barely worked, some staff were friendly and helpful and there was one older staff that worked the front desk that was very very nasty! Our flights left late but they still made us check out @11am after being told they would allow us late check out. Complimentary breakfast was HORRIBLE! Very dissatisfying and disappointing but we tried to make the best of it without complaining as much! Ocean view rooms were not OCEAN VIEW! Paid extra just to watch the road and traffic! Please read reviews before booking this hotel!

Our stay was OK. Our room was a little outdated. The air condition didn’t work well. It was just comfortable not cool but I did love that the house cleaner came every day around 430 - 5 o’clock to clean our room. The security guards were inside and outside, so I felt very protected and safe. All of the security guards were very friendly and they made sure we had a taxi cab every day and every night. The front desk person(s) were very friendly. They answered all of our questions, told us where to eat. Over all great hotel, just wish it was more updated.
