The daily cleaning was very very late so we had to keep asking for fresh towels and then wait 2 hours for them to come. The bathroom really needs a mirror and the shower wall was too short so the floor was constantly a puddle.

We enjoyed our time there immensely. The staff were accommodating and responsive! Ernest and Yadira and the maintenance manager were terrific to work with setting up for our event. We highly recommend and will be back!

The staff was very friendly. The room had a great view. Hotel was in a very good location. Pool was nice and clean. Unfortunately, our room was right over the bar downstairs and the hotel did not help to control the noise. Also the tile in the bathroom was stained and looked dirty. These 2 negatives can easily be remedied to get this hotel up to 5 stars.

The room was a nice size and very clean but a very basic room with no real amenities. I didn't care for having to go up and down the stairs to get to the room. The check in staff did not come off as friendly or welcoming. This hotel sits on the boardwalk which is mainly dedicated for tourism. There is plenty of food options, bars, and shopping here. You can take the ferry and go across to the beach for free if you're a guest. It was a relaxing stay and I felt safe but I probably wouldn't stay here again.
This is the view from the boardwalk. The hotel sits on the water so that's a plus.
