The location is great, very very close to the Shibuya crossing, all shopping, and restaurants.
The room was small and not enough space for luggage specially if you are with family.
The bathroom is probably 4x6 feet
Breakfast is minimal, is ok.
Not enough outlets if you have to charge things , specially if you are with family.( you will need to have an extension).
The best thing
Is that they have a scale to weigh your luggage; that was extremely helpful before you check out and head back to the airport.
I would definitely stay at that hotel again
