The hotel manager was very rude at check-in as there was an issue with my reservation and we were showing that I was canceled and then I contacted Expedia and it was fixed. The hotel room was extremely dirty. The shower was the size of a little box couldn’t even move inside of it toilet sink. Everything was filthy. The sheets were dirty. The beds were very small. The room itself was very, very small. Nothing like what they showed online. Everybody was rude. The receptionist you couldn’t ask for anything they could never help you. We had to stay at another hotel for a couple of days and had to come back because our flight was out of this hotel by the airport so we ended up coming back and spending another night. I told him do not recommend this location to anyone. I’m very disappointed that video would help makes such a horrible booking. I really would like my money back. Furthermore, there was bugs in the room that look like bed bugs.
