A great gem of a hotel!

Wow. We stayed here as part of a two hotel trip. The first hotel was amazing and the Elsa took things up even further. The hotel is awesome and the service was so great. Top notch and even the area is so great!

Beautiful hotel near the Arc de Triomphe

Overall it was wonderful. The showers get very cold briefly anytime anyone in nearby hotel rooms flush a toilet. Also, the breakfast is not worth 16 euro. Especially when there is a great bakery and two fantastic cafe's nexd door and across the street. But, these are minor complaints for an otherwise beautiful old hotel. Pro tip: open your balcony window to take in the night air.

Lovely hotel! Photos do not do it justice! So clean, lovely rituals products in room. Free coffee machine in lobby - delicious hot chocolate! Perfect location right next to arc de triumph, and restaurants nearby. Would definitely return!

It was nice to have a little balcony with a view to the Arc de Triomphe. The room was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was adequate and of good quality. Friendly staff and great locaton. No hesitations to return.

Lovely room, lift broken when we were there

Very nice room, shower door didn’t work properly and the lift was broken on check in and check out so we had to bring cases up and down 5 floors. Good location, nice room with rituals products.

It is very close to L'Arc de Triomphe. Lots of restaurants and boulangeries around. The breakfast was very good, with freshly made bagettes and croissants.

We are at the airport on our way home after a wonderful week in Paris! Thank you to the staff at the Elsa Hotel! The location is superb- within 5 minuets of the Arc D’Triump, two minutes to the closest metro! The hotel was very clean, quiet- fresh towels, crisp bedding and very comfortable beds. The cold refillable water in the basement was handy as well as the delicious morning cafe latte from the machine in the lobby. This hotel exceeded our expectations for our Paris stay! If the opportunity presents itself again and we return to Paris, we will stay with the Elsa Hotel!

Nice hotel

Overall it was a super nice stay. Hotel is clean, the carpet lacked a little but bed very comfortable and super nice location, very centric and you can get around everywhere. Staff super friendly. I will repeat my stay here
