The property had decent facilities l. I really enjoyed the sauna room and the pool. The gym was mediocre. As for the staff, very polite however I found mysel and other residents that also booked with this place waiting outside for a long time in the middle of the night because for whatever reason the reception staff locked the entrance door and left their desk for a long period of time. Was not nice waiting.

A nice hotel in Paris

The room was very comfortable with a view of the Eiffel Tower above the neighboring buildings. The bathroom was very good as was the shower. Towels excellent. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. There was a very nice rooftop patio. The bus stop was a 2 minute walk. A grocery store was a 1 min walk. Very nice restaurants short walks. The breakfast was ok. There was an indoor pool that we did not use. The atmosphere of the hotel is very pleasant, well lit, with flowers and potted plants around.

This is the best hotel that I have ever stayed at in Paris. Neighborhood was nice and lots of restaurants and shops close by. Breakfast at the hotel is rather expensive but several restaurants close by for breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Commerce metro station just a few blocks away which is very convenient to all Paris has to offer. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

Amazing stay!! Was easy to Uber or walk to everything and was close to all the museums and tourist activities. The staff was excellent and very helpful throughout the stay. An exceptional place to stay. The pool is surprisingly bigger than expected with nice steam room. The room was really spacious with sitting area. Staff were incredibly helpful polite and welcoming The local area is great for restaurants and cafes. It's about 20-30 minutes stroll to the Eiffel tower and only 5 mins to nearest metro to go further afield. We'd definitely stay here next time we visit

Upon arrival, we found a handwritten welcome note and a box of macrons on our bed. This was a lovely surprise and a great personal touch. The room was cleaned twice a day and restocked with anything we used (e.g. milk). The property has a fantastic bar on the ground-level, and you can get some delicious 'happy hour' cocktails from 6-8PM for €10. You can have these delivered to anywhere on the property, but we chose the lovely sun terrace on the 4th floor. The hotel is well situated near the 'Commerce' metro station, about 5 mins walk away, so it makes travelling anywhere very convenient. There are some decent shops and restaurants nearby too, with the supermarket Franprix a couple of doors away from the hotel. The spa was a welcomed feature after trekking around Paris city centre all day. There's a pool (with jets in it) and steam room. It never got too busy - the most amount of people we found down there was 6 people! The steam room worked the first evening and was very warm, but didn't seem to get 'steamy' or warm again for any of the rest of our stay, which was a shame. The pool is a cold water pool, and it did feel very cold. Although you soon adjust to the temperature, we did think it could benefit from being a tad warmer - especially because it's in the basement and therefore has no light to naturally heat it. The waterfall feature in the pool also didn't work, which was a shame. Overall though, a brilliant stay. We would consider staying here again in future

Extremely kind, caring staff. Property was very neat and clean. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were renovated, comfortable and clean.
