The hotel is great if you are traveling with kids. It is about 10min walk from the tower and there are a few restaurants and souvenir shops close to it. I would stay at this hotel in future stays and would recommend it to families with younger kids. The rooms are are the smaller side but it is expected as it is close to the Eifel tower.

Room was ok but no soundproof so many teens and older kids walking around at later hours. Had a shared room with a kettle and coffee maker would be nice if in each room. Location is very good and having laundry was fantastic (paid at reasonable price).
