Hotel cleanliness poor, the rooms were very noisy, woken up every night by guests being noisy in corridors you could hear everything, breakfast option is poor, if you want anything more than cereal or bread you have to pay extra. Location to park is good, bus every 10 mins, pool and softplay good for kids, needs an onsite supermarket

Pool not opened booked 6mths in advance not informed at time of booking ,no email sent to advise from with hotel or hotel.com- when questioned they said it was on the website it wasn’t at time of booking so I guess you have to check every week. Very dirty in parts looks grubby at best very busy so I understand but some areas are poor 1 good thing the WiFi is very good

Ontbijt was flauw. Indien je 'american breakfast' wou moest je 9,5€ per persoon bij betalen. De eet mogelijkheden zijn ok, wel aan de duurdere kant. Parking 17€ is schandalig duur, zeker als je er effectief overnacht. Dan zou dit gratis moeten zijn .

Decent hotel

Good hotel for its purpose of not being in much being out at the parks. It’s definitely in need of a facelift and the food options could be stronger. The shop is filthy unfortunately.

Shocking hotel overall . Walkways are a mess on way to rooms , swimming pool closes at 4.45pm untill 6pm absolutely pointless , Evening buffet is far to expensive considering the foods cold and plates are tiny , same with breakfast basically just 100s of croissants and tiny tea plates

Fantastic hotel, 3rd stay & will definitely be back. Child friendly hotel & clean rooms & areas in hotel. Pool was great only downside would be the water is so cold. My son still loved it though. Would highly recommend it to friends & family 😀

I have stayed in many Disney / partner hotels. But this was really disgusting. The whole place smelt really strongly of cigarettes. It was dirty. The toilets were grim. They smelt like they’d never been cleaned and they were really badly stained. The disabled toilet seat was broken and had sharp bits sticking out. The breakfast was like watching a bunch of greedy hungry hyenas. All the British people shoving croissants and bread in their handbags. And then we wonder why the French hate English people. You get charged €17 a day for parking and the shuttle service is dangerous. The good bits - the theming is good and this is presumably what sells it. The staff on the front desk were friendly. There’s a good range of activities for kids with the swimming pool, soft play and all of the bars and food spots. Still wouldn’t recommend it to anyone though. It needs to do a lot of work to bring it up to acceptable standards.

Lovely staff throughout, rooms are sizeable, good shower, hot water, clean towels, comfortable beds. Breakfast was the usual continental, hot food available at cost. The evening buffet was good value with reasonable selection. The pool with slides and pirate boat was great fun, as is soft play. Shuttle to Disney is frequent though packed. Handy for a shopping trip to Val’d Europe. Taxis seem to be flat fare so try uber, half the cost.
