The staff were kind and accommodating. The apartment we stayed in was a 1 bedroom with pullout queen and had lots of storage and space. It was very easy to come and go from Disneyland. A large shopping mall with an aquarium and restaurants were just across the street. The only thing that would have made my stay better was if there was a grocery store closer to walk to, but overall I would be happy to stay here again. Thank you so much!

So many issues with this aparthotel. The best thing was the free shuttle to/from Disneyland Paris. Otherwise everything else was pretty bad. When we checked in their credit card machine didn’t work so I was asked to pay in cash as the only option. I didn’t have enough cash so they said I needed to go the nearby ATM. I asked if I could come back to the front desk a little later and see if their machine would be fixed. She said ok and gave me the room key. We brought our stuff to the room, went to dinner and when we came back the key didn’t work. I went to the front and it was bc I hadn’t paid for the room yet but the credit card machine still wasn’t working. I wasn’t given any options other than go to the ATM. I asked, Will it be fixed tomorrow? What if I can’t go to the ATM? His reply was ‘No, it probably won’t be fixed tomorrow. If you can’t pay Then I can’t let you stay in the room. You have to leave.’ So I sucked it up and went to the ATM. Good thing this was only a 2 night stay! In the room, the paint is peeling, the carpet is gross and dirty, the toilets don’t fully flush, there’s mold in the grout on the shower tiles, the shower head holder didn’t work, the towel dryer/heater didn’t work and there was a weird sweet smell in the kitchen that we couldn’t figure out. The room felt very, very old and dated and beaten up. The pool is indoors but not heated, my daughter was shivering while swimming. The room key card kept being deactivated. Do not recommend this hotel at all

Great apartment, perfect for DLP stay. Family of five. Bunk bed, pull out double sofa bed and single sofa bed. No kettle (but coffee maker). Dishwasher (tablets provided), sink (cloth, sponge, fairy liquid and tea towel provided). Fridge and microwave oven. Lots of towels provided. Lovely pool, perfect for evening swim before heading back to park. Regular shuttles to ans from the park. Lovley, friendly staff. Huge shopping mall a 5 min walk away. Lidl is in the shopping mall but doesnt open until 10am.

The hotel corridors and rooms are a bit tired, it does look like they are updating things, the rooms are well equipped and comfortable, unfortunately being an early riser I couldn't get a coffee without disturbing the kids as the Starbucks machine in reception was out of order

it is a nice hotel very big and the pool is nice even do it states that is climate water it was a bit coldish, however for kids it was fun, there is a plaza many food variety one block away, they take you Disney but if you stay for the parade it starts at 22:40 so you will have to take a cab arround 13 euros back :)

Rooms very small. Exterior and inside hallways leading to lifts need painting. Very run down looks like a hostel. However Great location to Disney .. great that there is kitchen facilities in room. Staff need to be more friendly. If don’t understand English then at least smile !

Apartment was very good and clean, we had all we needed in the kitchen for making basic meals. The only thing that got us scared at the arival were the hallways. They realy need wall painting and changing the halway doors. The other thing is they put heating on 21C and it is not enough, especially if you cook something and you open the windows, it gets realy cold and you do not have option to put heating up. The whole hotel is using one elevator, the other one is broken, sometimes it gets crowdy.

Perfect location and a great size, the rooms are just a bit dated (some parts are being renovated). The shower hadn’t been cleaned before our arrival and the skirting boards were very dirty but the space we had was great for 3 adults and 2 children

An excellent apartment to stay in. 2 x Adults and 3 children. Decent fridge size. Suffiecent amount duvets and pillows. Would have preferred if sheets were avaible to put ontop of the sofa bed. 15-20mins walk to Disneyland, plus a free bus from the hotel to the park also. Train station (RER A) 15mins walk through the shopping centre which is open late and has a supermarket inside. Staff were friendly and an overall nice experience especially when travelling with Children. We would definitely stay here again!

Property is dated and in poor condition. Bathroom had a lot of mould and the shower head was broken and kept falling down… had to use hair ties to keep it above shoulder height. My son is coeliac and at check in we were told they ‘rarely’ have anything gluten free at breakfast. Good location for Disney and shopping but a disappointing stay
