Staff were lovely, rooms are large and spacious and clean but a little dated but this didn’t matter to us. A minute walk to the val deurope shopping centre, 10 mins walk to the Disney parks (follow the park across the road straight, cross the main road and follow the road straight that looks like it’s along side an industrial estate and it takes you out at the buses at the parks) my only down side was the level of noise. Walls are very thin, could hear conversations in the corridors from a few doors down, upstairs scraping chairs on the tiled floors woke us up numerous times, walls are so thin you could hear absolutely everything so we were very tired most days having a broken sleep. Bath had no plug so was unable to use it and could only use the shower but those were the only down side. Would 100% stay here again. Excellent value for money. Coffee machine at reception is only 0.70€ and makes a lovely coffee.

Easy walk from train station, big shopping centre close by with supermarkets, one train stop from Disney Paris, had a lot of families staying, and a small kitchenette. Good size bedroom and bathroom, a bit dated but served the purpose as you only sleep there. Would stay again.

Stay elsewhere. We aren’t picky but this hotel is simply not worth saving the extra few dollars. We stayed one night at front and back of a Disney stay & the kids nearly cried needing to go back. We stayed in both a regular & premium suite so I promised them the upgraded suite would be better. Spoiler: it wasn’t. Rooms in desperate need of refresh with peeling paint, broken tile, mould & mildewed bathrooms, and exposed particle board on kitchen counters - it’s no longer possible to keep these suites clean so kudos to the staff who try! The bed wasn’t horrible & linens seemed ok.

Very pleasant staff, convenient parking and right on the doorstep of the mall. The usual cracked tiles and slight stains you get in cheap hotels near popular attractions but overall good. Do everything you can to arrive before reception closes at 7pm though because the evening check in machine is a nightmare. Reception staff are lovely when they’re there.

CHECK THE MATTRESSES!! We had to cut our trip a day short as we couldn’t stay in the conditions of the room. Mattresses covered in what I can only assume was blood. We were first given a room which we put our belongings in then headed to the Disney parks and came back fairly late and we were tired so just fell asleep. It wasn’t until the next morning we realised how unclean and how much the room was falling apart. The mattress sheet also come off during the night and both mattresses were covered in stains from what looks to be blood. We asked to change rooms and were told at reception that there were no available rooms but when we pushed more saying that we will not be staying here, another was suddenly available. My partner checked out that room and again both mattresses covered in stains, this time worse! We went back to reception to be told that we can use that rooms pull out bed if we weren’t happy with the mattresses. We said that we didn’t pay the money we did to stay on a pull out mattress and he agreed and eventually gave us the key to ANOTHER room. Now with this room, the room was much better so we stayed the night. It again wasn’t until the next morning that we saw what looked to be blood on the curtains as well as what looked like blood on the sheets. This is when we made the decision that we will be cutting our trip short as it is unacceptable conditions to be staying in. It is unclean and a health and safety concern.

The Room was in excellent condition and the interior was great. It was perfect for a family of four, consisting of two adults and two children, with a small kitchen, a good-sized sofa bed, and a double bed.
