Yes and no, three days in a row had to ask for towels and water, and when I went to the front desk the person made excuses. Room seemed cold, and when you followed the instructions to raise the temp by 3* it did nothing. Allowed were not advices that the hotel had construction going on until a few days before arrival, and could not cancel at that time. Also when calling the # to get assistance for transportation it did not go thru. But when we got assistance from Viking tours we spoke to a person who said they were with the hotel, they could not transfer me to a person who could and gave me the same number Oi was on to call back. Then it would not go thru once again. However the staff at the Concierge desk once we got there were very informative and helpful with out side assistance

Excellent hotel. Short 2 min walk to metro and rer trains as well as the bus and above ground train. Very fast to take metro or rer to the popular tourist sites. Breakfast was excellent and rooms were great.

It’s a very nice hotel.The room is clean and it is much bigger than other hotel. Addtionally, the location is not far away from the metro and RER. It is very convenient to take a public transportation. It is closed to McDonald as well.
