The property itself was beautiful, and the ocean view was just incredible. The check-in was horrible! Our room wasn’t ready yet. We went and had some dinner and when we returned it was still not ready. We were told to have a seat and it should be ready soon. We waited an hour and still not ready! They tried to offer us what I considered not acceptable. I paid for a room with a view, they offered us a first floor with no view. No other compensation was offered. We ultimately stayed in that first floor room for one night and at noon the next day the room I paid for was finally ready! Needless to say we were not off to a great start to our vacation. It did get better though.
