Our cabin provides the perfect getaway for couples or small families looking for a peaceful retreat. Our A-Frame is located just a short drive from downtown Evergreen, where you'll find charming shops, restaurants, and galleries. The area is also home to numerous hiking trails, fishing spots, and other outdoor activities, making it the perfect destination for outdoor enthusiasts.

The Space:
1st Floor:
Upon entering the cabin, you will be greeted by an open-concept living area featuring large windows that offer breathtaking views of the surrounding forest. The rustic yet modern decor and fireplace create a warm and inviting ambiance that is perfect for curling up with a good book or enjoying a movie on the flat-screen TV. On the main floor you'll also find a full bathroom with a washer & dryer unit.

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking up a delicious meal and all the necessary cookware and utensils. A dining table for four is conveniently located nearby, providing a great spot to share a meal or play a game.

Upstairs:
The loft area features a cozy queen-sized bed and tucked into the custom built-in bedframe. You'll love waking up to the stunning views of the forest and mountains each morning. Right across features the master bedroom, making it the perfect spot for parents or couples.

Outside:
Step outside take in the fresh mountain air while enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Lounge in the hot tub with the infinity edge giving you the relaxation you need.

We are dedicated to providing our guests with a comfortable and relaxing stay, and our cabin is equipped with everything you need for a memorable vacation. From the cozy decor to the stunning surroundings, our A-Frame is the perfect place to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and unwind in the beauty of nature.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the cabin

The Neighborhood:
This neighborhood is in a beautiful mountain area with a unique layout. Walks through the neighborhood give you a feel or being on a nice hike with great views and surrounded by trees. Houses in the neighborhood are roughly on 1 acre each. Noise can travel far so please be mindful of noise and respect the community as a lot of homes here are residences that work during the weekdays. A portion of the neighborhood, including us, is on a dirt road and can be steep at times, so please be prepared with 4WD or AWD to get around. Deer, fox, bear, moose, mountain lions, and other animals can be spotted from time to time. Please do not interact with the wildlife but enjoy it safely indoors.

Getting Around:
4WD or AWD is required in this area, and during months of November-April it is recommended to have snow tires. Our driveway is long so you can't see the house from the main road. Be on the lookout for our address sign on the driveway entrance attached to a tree. Maps will pinpoint you to the entrance too. 2 cars fit comfortable next to the house and a 3rd can fit up higher on the driveway but that is the max.

Other Things to Note:
We are up in the mountains and on dirt roads with areas that have steeper than normal inclines, so please proceed with caution. AWD/4WD is required year round and during November-April snow tires are strongly recommended. Our driveway can be difficult to turnaround in if there are multiple cars so plan accordingly. 2 cars can easily fit. 3 would be max.

We do provide snow removal in the winter months and do our very best to maintain it but with unpredictable weather and winds, we cannot guarantee the drive-way will be completely cleared prior to your arrival. Please come prepared. This means hiking shoes or snow boots with good footing. We do provide snow shovels for guests to use for light snow or in-between snow plows, as well as Ice melt. If you do not have experience in these elements or not comfortable to potentially deal with snow, this might not be the rental for you. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns before booking. If roads are open and you can't make it to the rental no refunds will be issued. This is a beautiful mountain home and you need to be able bodied to access when there is adverse weather.

Starlink is available at the cabin. Streaming and high-speed internet is now available. With any satellite internet, there is a chance it can be spotty at times.

We are a dog friendly rental. We charge a non-refundable pet fee of $50. You can select the pet option in the same area you select guest count. If you have missed it, please reach out to us to pay your pet fee. Please inquire about multiple pets, multiple month stays and if you are traveling with cats.

This area does have moose, fox, mountain lions, bears, and deer. Do not feed or interact with wildlife.

The Air Conditioning is a mini split system installed in the living room and both bedrooms

There is a weather monitoring camera facing the front entrance/driveway only.

There are no parties or events allowed at the rental.

If house rules are broken we reserve the right to withhold your security deposit and/or cancel your reservation.

Our hot tub servicer rotates the service day. It typically falls Sun-Mon. There is a chance the hot tub will be serviced during your stay. When the water is changed, it takes 12-24 hours for the water to reheat. If this occurs during your stay, we cannot guarantee the hot tub will reach the desired temperature at that time.

CHILD PROOFING: Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property.

TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS
We HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance through your airline company, car rental company, or a travel insurance website. We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy. This includes date change requests as they are considered the same as cancellations (if the new requested check-in date is a later date than your original check-in date). We cannot provide a refund due to travel related issues or Covid, Please review your cancellation policy if you haven't already. This can be found under your reservation, directly through our listing, or through the website that you booked. In most cases (but not all), you have a minimum of 48 hours to cancel your reservation to receive a full refund. Many reservations may have a longer period for a full refund. Last minute bookings are typically non-refundable.

Interaction with Guests:
We live in Denver and give our guest complete privacy but are available as needed.
