Everything was great except we couldn’t get the heater to work and there were no instructions. The room temperature was 64 degrees and the vents were blowing cold air. We set the temperature as high as it would go which was 78 but still cold air was blowing out. We were finally able to shut it all off so we could sleep without freezing. The hotel was booked and it was 1030 pm. The front desk clerk was great and tried to help but we were never able to get warm air.

No luggage carts.

The hotel itself was very nice, but with 3 and 4 floors, they only had 1luggage trolly, and people were very rude. Taking it to the room and then not returning it to front. Staff did t seem to concerned and that made it worse.
