Our stay at this property was extremely disappointing due to multiple unresolved issues and lack of responsiveness from the host. From the first day, we reported that the heated pool was not working, the hot tub was only half full and completely cold, and the keypad entry system was malfunctioning. These were major amenities that influenced our decision to book this property. Despite reaching out several times throughout our stay, no one ever showed up to fix any of these issues. We were repeatedly told that maintenance would come, but that never happened, making it impossible for us to use these amenities at all. Communication was very frustrating. The host was largely unresponsive and ignored messages regarding our concerns. Even after checkout, it has been extremely difficult to get any form of refund or compensation, and the team has not been cooperative or responsive in resolving the situation. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, especially given the price we paid. If you are booking this property for the amenities, be aware that they may not be functional, and resolving issues may be very difficult.
