Love this hotel! Accommodations were above and beyond our expectations. The new restaurant and bar area were excellent. The bartenders Ricardo, Christian and Jack at the lobby bar were great Transport to the beach is so easy, and once there, the staff were extremely attentive. Shout out to Norlon for his attentiveness and welcoming smile!! Highly recommended

The Hotel is very convenient to the beach and shopping. Restaurants are close and plentiful. The hotel has convenient valet parking and quick service at check in. Eddie, the bellhop was was very nice and informative. The suite had a balcony facing a side street and was quiet. The room was very clean with fully stocked refrigerator.

Property is under construction and the smells were medicially questionable. The king deluxe room was anything but deluxe. I would never recommend this property especially not at the price. Was more like a motel.

This is a beautiful recently renovated property. The staff is excellent across the board. Very friendly and professional. My only issue is that a comment that was made to us (twice) that was snarky was with regards to "booking through a 3rd party" and made us feel like we were low budget when we actually paid the same rate that they listed on their website. We booked through Expedia to be efficient - not to save money.

The staff was great. Extremely helpful and responsive. The property itself was immaculate and the conenction wiht the beach club made it so convenienct to get to and use the beach. The beach, itself, was great. The elements of the beach club itself, including the pool and outdoor bar, were underwhelming, but as a supprting amenity of the beach, it was serviceeable and did not detract from the overall experience.
