I wouldn't say that it's dirty, but there were ants on the window/surrounding area twice. I understand that can happen anywhere, but they had maintenance spray once and then a week later (we were there 3 weeks) the ants slowly started to come back. Just something that shouldn't happen for $259/night if you ask me! The maid was very rude too - she came to the room on two separate occasions and I told her we'd be out in under 10 minutes so she could service the room and she rolled her eyes at me and huffed and puffed. The pool area is pretty decent. Overall it was a good stay and I really liked the size of the suite style room, just something about it for the price rubbed me the wrong way. I would stay here again just maybe not on the first floor!
