After being a long time loyal customer of the Hilton chain hotels, I won’t be returning to this chain. Despite previous good experiences, this experience was poor and I attempted to reach out to customer service and not only were my conferences dismissed disrespectfully by the call taker, there were no attempts to rectify.
Disappointing.
