    Perfect Beach Stay

    We chose this property because of the location - close to the beach, to my Del Mar relatives, and to downtown Del Mar. The house was perfect for us, with just the right amount of bedrooms and bathrooms. Nice outdoor area in back and plenty of beach chairs and toys. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

    This VRBO made me fall in love with Del Mar. wonderful location. Clean. Lots of space for two families to visit. Kitchen is fully stocked. Was great that they had coffee there for us as well. Only negative was no bath mats. Loved the beach chairs they had for us to use as well.

    The property location is great. The property manager was very responsive. However the house really needs some TLC. There were several items broken and the backyard turf smelled like dog urine.

    We had a wonderful relaxing time. The house was well stocked and clean. It was a short walk to the beach. The master bed seemed to be a bit older and was not very comfortable. Aside from that, everything was perfect.
