This 1200 SF unit boasts picturesque views of the beautiful Daytona Beach from the extra-large private balcony. Unit faces East with fabulous unobstructed 180 Degree shoreline views from north to south. View the sunrise from the living room and the master bedroom balcony access. Large heated pool and hot tub overlooks the ocean and gets sun most of the day. Pool is not filled as they are working on seawall.Unit sleeps 6. Master bedroom has king size bed, master bath and walk in shower. Guest bedroom has a king size bed, guest bath with tub and shower. There is a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. Includes all linens, towels, beach towels and chairs, umbrella, and more. Fully equipped kitchen includes a full-sized microwave, glass top stove, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, plus, all the dishes, utensils and glassware you need to relax at your home away from home. This is a non-smoking unit and the Sand Dollar does not allow pets. Unfortunately, we do not have a kiddie pool and infants with diapers are not allowed in our pool or hot tub, by order of the Health Department.

Walk to Sunglow Fishing Pier. Bicycle on beach to Water Park, Amusement area, Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, Marine Science Center nearby. A 10 minute drive to world famous Daytona 500 Speedway. A 75 minute drive to Orlando, Disney World, Sea World, St Augustine, Kennedy Space Center . Golf Courses within a 20 - 30 minute drive (or less).

Paradise at the Beach

We had a family trip to visit family and attend graduation festivities. The Condo is perfect for a home away from home. The pool and hottub are still in repair, we were a little bummed that we couldn't use them. Our host Cathy was kind enough to let us use the pool at another Condo location. The Beach is just steps away and it was awesome to open the balcony and step into Paradise! Cathy is by far the BEST host that I've ever dealt with, she's responsive, friendly and always gave me options or just solved any issues that came up. She even provided us with a brand new pac-n-play and high chair for my infant granddaughter. Cathy definitely went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. I would definitely stay here again! Thank You Cathy for your hospitality!

The condo was clean, centrally located to restaurants, right on a clean beach, nicely decorated, and just down right great. I loved the heated salt water pool!! But sitting on the balcony in the morning watching the tide roll out was the best! Well worth the price and one I will consider visiting again.

Lovely Family Getaway

The condo was perfect and beautiful. I absolutely loved it. Cathy was wonderful. Our kids had a blast at the beach. The facilities manager was pretty grumpy when our kids were using the pool so we mostly hung out at the beach and still had an absolutely incredible time. We would definitely visit again.

The owner Cathy was very assessable, great with communication! The condo was great for the three of us. My teenage son had his own bedroom and bathroom. The condo was immaculate! The location was close to activities for all of us. The best part was the views! To wake up and be looking at the ocean was great! At night going on the balcony , and see the moons reflection off the ocean was just amazing! We would definitely stay here again !

Great Place For A Beach Vacation

The property itself was great. They were doing construction on the property next door and so it was, at times, quite noisy, but that was not an issue with this condo. The property owner did what she could to make things better.
