The internet Wi-Fi is spotty at best. TV is terrible, Nothing but over the air offerings. Smart TV’s should be installed as well as a secure Wi-Fi signal. This would enable customers to use there smart apps as well. A big plus! Had to wear sandals or socks in the rooms otherwise your feet are black from the floors.

It was never disclosed that yhe hotel was under construction. One pool is demolished, one is still under construction and had black dirt in the water. The indoor pool had construction material surrounding it which is a safety hazzard . Beds were very uncomfortable. Pillows were flat. The room smelled like someone poured bleach everywhere and burned my eyes. Walls are so thin you can hear dogs whining and peoples conversations at all hours of the night.

Under construction

This is our second year staying here for Bike Week. We liked the secure motorcycle parking lot. We did not like the condition of the grounds around the hotel. It was a construction site. Caution tape and piles of bricks are not what you want to see when you sit on your balcony. The staff is excellent. Michelle at the desk was helpful and friendly. The Tiki bar is quaint and beachy. The Coffee station with homemade donuts was a nice touch. I would not stay again until all construction is complete.

The grounds are under repair which is understandable. The check in staff and room were great. The rooms left a lot to be desired. Not terribly clean. Our sheets and room was only cleaned one ti.e i. 5 days Wont stay there again.

I have stayed at Perry's several times over the last few years for Bikeweek & Biketoberfest. I choose Perry's for the covered (Semi-Secured) Bike Parking and beautiful Oceanview & Sounds are amazing to wake up to. This recent stay my room (508) was placed next to the elevators - These elevators continuously ding ruining the ocean sound and making it difficult to sleep with the constant dinging. this was extremely frustrating after paying extra for the ocean front. Prices have gone up drastically compared to recent years for the same events. This recent stay was not worth the cost and makes me consider staying elsewhere when I return in October for Biketoberfest as there are many New options now available
