If you provide oceanfront, do also include balcony with it. My biggest disappointment was that. I have not come across oceanfront rooms with no balcony. That just doesn’t make sense.

Furniture could be updated...Nightlife sucks but ambiance is great as far as lobby is concerned. Front desk clerk is knowledgeable of hotel etiquette band complimentary wine was a plus but not tasty for me ( Personal opinion, think nothing of it. Bitter might be your cup of tea).

The hidden fees were excessive, including daily security deposit, valet, state, resort, and food‑and‑beverage taxes. Many shops were closed, the property was understaffed, and room service was unavailable half the time. They even chose to clean the pool in the middle of the afternoon while children were swimming. During my stay, I had to file a police report after my son’s life‑or‑death medication went missing, and the front desk offered no assistance beyond telling me to call the police. I also had to request that a constantly barking dog be removed. I would not recommend this property.

The room, hallways everywhere was clean and smelled wonderful. From the minute, I arrived until I left on the second day all employees were quick to assist very pleasant very professional. This was a very relaxing stay I will definitely be back.
