Location & facility was excellent. Not happy about being charged for parking this was not mentioned in any description, as I recall it was 179.90 to be collected for resort fees for my stay but it was more resort fee was 35.00 a day and self parking was 34.08 across a bridge that spans the highway. To park & resort fees -362.42

The lady at the front desk that checked us in was fabulous. Liam,?the valet was extremely efficient, friendly, helpful and professional. The lady in the Starbucks coffee shop serving coffee was delightful and proficient.

The property was acceptably clean. The pool area was nice. The tiki bar was not open much during our stay and the bar drinks are expensive. The parking options were not good for us. The self park was across the street and the valet parking expensive. We only had three coffee servings in the room and we stayed four nights. Overall we rate this as a 3.5 out of 5.

The Hotel is outdated inside. The pool and outside areas are pretty good. But the Hotel unfortunately has become old. Bedrooms and furniture in the bedrooms need painting, like the tv furniture and desk etc. Bathroom also needs a remodel-maybe I am picky-but for the same price I could have stayed again at the Delta…. Balcony door very strong, dual pane glass makes it quiet. The staff was amazing. Parking price could be lower… Thanks Rosemary at front dest and all staff super nice.

Property and views great, but the bathrooms need serious renovation. The shower curtains were stained. The ceiling was damaged and falling apart Beds were comfortable. Pillows not my taste.
