This place is bad, don’t waste your money. Outdated, not clean, the keys only worked when we initially got there. Then no hot water in the morning. We had 6 days reserved for the races and had to check out the first night. The only thing I can say nice, is the staff was very nice.

Whole place needs a refresh. Key card barely worked. Towels were small and paper thin. Water pressure and time for water to warm was not up to modern standards. View and distance from the community makes it worth it. Good recommendations for local eats that are not chains. Would probably look elsewhere if it was not the weekend of the 500 but it was serviceable for the price that particular weekend

Room was clean but the overall condition could be described as worn and dated. Beds were nice and comfortable. Furnishings were pretty beat, didn't look like the pictures which I went on. Room was serviceable, I'd rate it as okay. The advertised breakfast was pretty lame.

The bed was hard! I could feel coils. I had to buy a foam overlay on the trip to make the bed tolerable. The fridge and cupboard were dirty and moldy. There was no lock on our patio door. The breakfast consisted of rolls and coffee. The hot tub looked dirty.

Staff was very nice. View of the ocean was great. Location was great. Room was clean...but had a musty smell. We just laid out dryer sheets. Not enough hot water for both of us to take back to back showers. Hot tub was luke warm at best. No coffee pot in the room...we asked for one and they brought us one...but it was not clean. We bought a new one. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.

Front desk Staff was lacking support and didn’t seem interested at all. The rest of the staff was nice. The floors were filthy in hallways and our room. Pool NOT heated also the green water in the hot tub smelt terrible and was barely room temp. The only good thing about this motel is the view

Although the staff is trying hard to make our stay worthwhile, the facility itself is falling apart. Hot tub and pool were not heated, Fridge in room was falling apart and service was a plastic bag of towels hung from the door knob!

The room was sub par. The rusted refrigerator, the rust stains all around the bathroom and the concave bed was unwelcoming. Also, the room was ao cold that the heater was not warming it. So, i tried to call the front desk but the phone was broken. I went down to the front desk and asked for a blanket and was treated poorly. I felt guily for asking after the way she reacted to my request. She acted like i wanted something illegal or asked her to climb Mt. Everest! I will not be staying here again.

Rusty refrigerator with bad seal. Rusty microwave. Very poor water flow in sink. Shower water temperature impossible to control. Mattress tag said 1994. Bathroom had rust like stains and sloppy repair to walls. Light switches didn't work. Sub-standard continental breakfast. Coffee was good.

Roaches were running all around the room. After the lights went out the roaches came out. We asked for a room change and we were told they didn’t have another available. The receptionist did not help with finding another room and we had to drive all night back home. We packed up quickly and got our stuff out of the room. The manager never replied by email or phone call to apologize or refund our money. Unfortunately, we had to contact our credit card for the refund, but we will loose our Expedia credit. We had to leave our luggage outside for three days in case we had hitch hikers. This was our worse hotel experience we have ever had.
