The room door closed really hard. It was really loud, both trying to open it and close it. The shower was in bad shape. They had put some tub mats down to hide the condition of it. The bottom of the toilet was rusty. We saw four cockroaches during our three night stay…The fridge area was also in rough shape. We went down to breakfast the first morning, and both the orange juice and milk were frozen, undrinkable…It was cool one night, so I turned the heat on but it did not work. The sheets were also not clean. Upon checking out, my friend and I tried to address these issues with the lady at the front desk, but she just smirked and handed us the manager’s card. So I emailed him the next day and he never responded, and it has been eight days….His name is Marc. I have stayed at many places along Daytona Beach and this is the only one that I would definitely not recommend!

There was mold in the pictures on the wall. Hair was all over the bathroom wall. The microwave and fridge had a lot of rust. The balcony was nice but neighboring rooms were smoking and we ended up not getting to enjoy the balcony as much. Had trouble with the room key cards not working properly. The views were great but the room needed a deep cleaning and some items replaced.

The first room had a dead roach in the shower/tub, staff did move us to another room however the second room had roaches!! Baby and big roaches also the phone didn’t work in the room. I have video and pictures of the roaches, I’m scared to unpack and roaches come out our luggage, maybe the building needs to be bombed I went to a room on a different floor and still there were roaches. When you come to have a vacation you don’t expect to see bugs and risk taking them home where you don’t ever see a bug

The hotel staff all have attitudes and not willing to help. Theron’s are filthy, bed sheets were never changed or cleaned, floors dirty an never cleaned. Hotel has roaches

This hotel is very dated. The hot tub was not working - like not temporarily, that's just how it is. I hate that. I feel like I choose rooms solely based on whether they have a hot tub. It's like false advertising, and I wish I could get my money refunded.
