“The location and staff were wonderful — friendly and attentive throughout my stay. The hotel itself shows its age and would benefit from some upgrades to make it more comfortable and modern. I was disappointed that the Tiki bar was closed, but I really appreciated the convenience and speed of the elevators, especially from the 9th floor. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with a few areas that could be improved.”

This property is not a resort I repeat NOT a resort. First hallways smell like mildew coming off the elevators. The first 410 room I was given was dirty, sheets, bathroom( pubic hair)in tub was wiped. Second room 208 the key fob worked getting in but apon returning to the room, lights didn't work, dirty furniture beds were clean. This is all happening around 12am 10/25/25. The front clerk had to an actual master key 🔑 to get in the room.Third room 205 key fob didn't work she had to use the master key again 🔑. She told me it would have to be reprogrammed and that I needed to contact the manager instead of him contacting me. I had to be Bethune Homecoming parade line up at 7am and he did come in until 9. I return to the room and the manager stats that the door was fixed. We go to room 205 and only one key work lol. He returned with a key and said everythings good 3pm. Lol that night leave the room and check to door the key fob not working. Long story short the next morning i was told by Mark that the refund was sent Expedia. The Indian/ foreign guy who gave me a fake name Andy was rude, says he works for yall. He tried to get me upset by trying to belittle me. Baby I'm 42 and know better. I called Expedia while checking out to find out they lied. Andy now has walked off because now I'm calling to report how they are doing business. Do not leave the property without confirmation of refund. Call the third party cause they will lie to you. I will be calling corporate asap.

Ocean view is great. Unit is great for the price if you are not going to be in it long. We only slept there spent all day out and about. Lots of rust damage spots from salt maybe. Floors had broken tile. Table full rust on bottom. Pillows horrible bring your own. This is not a oh man it’s a steal place. You are getting what you pay for. Staff is ok. Electrical outlet are horrible couldn’t get chargers to stay in. Had to use portable chargers.

We have not stayed on the property in a number of years. Room remodel looked like back yard amateurs were employed. There was no hot water or screen on the doorwall. This morning a roach was observed traversing the room. We will not be back.

The beach was overunned by seaweeds and foul fish order. The facilities were old and rusty and the "hot tub" was cold with yellowish moldy walls. The "Tiki bar" was not open and looked like it hadnt been for years.
