Property charges a daily parking fee, which is just another fee to tack on. Pool area showers were broken. They appeared to be that way for awhile. Breakfast was good with several options.

The third night there, our air started making funny noises. By 3 am it was hot in our room. Went to complain and get a fan. They came first thing and fixed it. The room did feel a little better when we got back after leaving for the day but it didn’t last. I thought it would ok to sleep but I noticed by midnight it was not blowing cold or even cool air. The room said 78. It was very hot to sleep. This was our last night. We were not offered anything for the problem. No refund or to be moved rooms. It would be nice to get something back for having to sleep like that.

The rooms are very spacious and comfortable but being a dog friendly hotel it DOES NOT have grass area for the dogs to do their business. The little space areas it has its just dirt no grass at all. The breakfast was good. There is 2 ice machines at the hotel but only one works and the one that does work makes small amounts of ice. The hvac units outside look like they about to have an electrical problem wires ox is all rusted and broken in pieces and they don’t look nothing save.

Room were great. Bathroom shower kind of dirty. Areas outside need a lot of work and painting. Oh and fix the fountain out by the dingy water pool .

Nice beachfront hotel

This was a great place overall. The room was great, bed was comfortable. The free breakfast was great with a large selection variety. My two biggest complaints were: the water pressure and the parking fee. There water pressure wasn’t very good so you wouldn’t get that great refreshing shower after a day in the beach or pool. Secondly was the parking fee. I stayed two days but had to pay parking for three. The parking fee was $20/day. I would stay here again.

We reserved a one bedroom, king bed, not smoking, balcony room. It checked all of the boxes, except it did not have a balcony. I called the front desk and they said that that is the way that it was booked through your company. When I looked at my receipt, it clearly stated I was supposed to have a balcony so That part of the trip was disappointing. However, the room itself, the friendly staff, the friendly bartender, and the fantastic breakfast that was included checked all the right boxes. The pool was fantastic as well. I would definitely stay here again.
