We had a great stay the condo was very clean and accommodating for my family if 5 complete with dishes, pots and pans, dishwasher and there was even boogie boards and stuff in the closet to use out on the beach, a nice clean heated pool and hot tub. The whole condo was wonderful as well as the host was very pleasant to deal with would definitely recommend and stay again.

This was our second stay at sunglow resort, and won’t be returning ever again. We were informed of construction 5 days before our stay, so we could not cancel because we would have not gotten our money back. We were woken up at 7:30 to workers yelling, hammering, and jack hammers on our balcony and entrance to the condo. The noise was so loud we had to leave because we couldn’t even talk to each other. The construction was from 7:30-5:00 so we couldn’t even enjoy the resort’s pool and hot tub. After this experience we will go to a different resort from now on. The fact that we were contacted 5 days before our stay and had to leave because the noise was so loud is un called for. Oh and I had to beg for clean towels at the front desk after 3 days of using the same towels!!!!!! The contact for this property tried to tell me he just found out about the construction but there just so happened to be no one on else staying at the resort while we were there.

Great condo. My only suggestion is to consider getting a new trash can for the kitchen; as it was difficult placing the liner and keeping it from collapsing and falling to the bottom of the can.

2nd Stay at this condo. Absolutely amazing as always. Only complaint I have was the pool lights changing colors every 3 seconds. Very bright at night. Other then that was an outstanding stay. Clean, great staff cleaning pool and common areas all day and night.
