As soon as we went in to the room, my 8 year old son said “this is a 2-star”. Sure, the rooms have been renovated but it’s like putting a 8$ tube of lipstick on a swollen, rusted, bloated, mildewed pig then slapping a Hilton brand on the behind. Enough said.

There was a fingernail clipping on the shelf by the bath towels. There is a strong foul odor when you walked into the lobby. One of the elevators has a certificate of operation in the elevator expired in 2024!

First room they gave us smelled heavy of smoke and they quickly changed our room assignment while apologizing along the way for something that wasn’t their fault. They quickly did this while the hotel was heavily booked and almost midnight. This was a great experience from the staff

Room was nice and quiet. Great view. Not much of parking due to renovation and breakfast was lacking. At 830/9am no food out and it ended supposedly at 10am.

The room was very nice and clean. The view was beautiful. It was disappointing the entire pool deck was closed. No sitting and watching the waves. No beach access. Parking was limited-we went to dinner and returned to getting the only parking spot left. Parking was $15/night. Breakfast was good however the waffle maker was out of order.

The hotel is not like it looks in the pictures; it's somewhat run-down, the air conditioning in the room wasn't working properly, and the breakfast was terrible. This is the first time I've stayed at a Hampton Inn and been so disappointed!

Ocean front balcony looked over outside restaurant and their garbage cans. Restaurant Manager’s(??) dog was pooping on area around restaurant in mornings when I looked out. Pool under reconstruction. Loud and dusty. Was not aware of construction until we arrived. Painting inside downstairs near breakfast area. Elevator safety questionable.

The staff were great! I was in room 714 and the sliding glass door didn’t lock. This is a huge safety concern for families. In addition the lobby smelled heavily of natural gas. We were told that it was from the boiler or laundry room. Regardless, it’s not a great smell or first impression.

Parking due to hurricane was limited and cost. Elevators were creepy-small and dark,also no hot tub, pool, or beach access due to hurricane - those were the only negatives (and understandable). The rest was great!

Breakfast was alright could have had a few more options. Our roomed was a partial view of the ocean which is what was booked. The pool was not accessible and I was charged for parking and $100 foe incidental when my friends werent charged for parking and only $50 for incidental
